- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water to make a slurry
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes optional
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
- 2 green onions sliced for garnish
- 1 cup cooked rice for serving
- 1 tablespoon water as needed

- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and chili flakes (if using).
- Pour sauce into skillet with meatballs and simmer for a few minutes.
- Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce, stirring constantly.
- Cook until sauce is thick and meatballs are glazed.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
