- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 carrot julienned
- 1 cup cabbage shredded
- 1 cup snap peas
- 400 g udon noodles pre-cooked
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- green onions sliced, for garnish

- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add onions and carrots. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add cabbage and snap peas; continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan and toss to combine.
- Pour in soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to coat.
- Stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes or until noodles are hot and coated evenly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
You can add tofu, mushrooms, or your favorite protein to customize this dish.
