  • 5.5 oz gluten free pizza dough like Passione - rolled out nicely
  • 0.25 cup salsa your favorite kind
  • 0.5 cup spicy tofu
  • 0.25 cup shredded vegan cheddar
  • 0.25 cup chopped lettuce
  • 4 cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 5 Kalamata olives sliced

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Roll out your gluten free pizza dough onto parchment paper on baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread ¼ cup salsa evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  • Add spicy tofu then sprinkle shredded vegan cheddar on top.
  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  • Let cool 2 to 3 minutes after removing from oven.
  • Top with chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and sliced Kalamata olives.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Wrap leftovers in parchment and store airtight up to 3 days. Reheat in oven for best results. Freeze tightly wrapped slices and defrost overnight in fridge.
