Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced vegetables like bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, or spinach
  • ½ cup cooked protein like pepperoni, chicken, or sausage (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano for seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
  • Place the tortillas flat on the baking sheet.
  • Spread ½ cup of pizza sauce evenly on each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each tortilla.
  • Evenly distribute the sliced vegetables and optional cooked protein on top of the cheese.
  • Drizzle each pizza with a tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the tortillas are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing into wedges.

Notes

Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preferences.
For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes or jalapeños.
