  • ¼ cup sweet red onion chopped
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • Sunflower kernels salted and shelled

  • Start with your broccoli florets, raisins or dried cranberries, and chopped red onion in a large bowl. Toss 'em so they mix well.
  • Whisk up your dressing in a separate bowl by blending together the Miracle Whip, white vinegar, and sugar until no lumps are left.
  • Pour your dressing over the broccoli mix, then toss gently so everything’s coated evenly but you don’t crush the broccoli.
  • Add in your crumbled bacon and sunflower kernels. Mix gently again to distribute without breaking the textures.
  • Chill the salad in your fridge for at least 30 minutes. This step’s important to get everything melding together and flavors settling in.
