Start with your broccoli florets, raisins or dried cranberries, and chopped red onion in a large bowl. Toss 'em so they mix well.
Whisk up your dressing in a separate bowl by blending together the Miracle Whip, white vinegar, and sugar until no lumps are left.
Pour your dressing over the broccoli mix, then toss gently so everything’s coated evenly but you don’t crush the broccoli.
Add in your crumbled bacon and sunflower kernels. Mix gently again to distribute without breaking the textures.
Chill the salad in your fridge for at least 30 minutes. This step’s important to get everything melding together and flavors settling in.
