In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag or dish and pour marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Pour a bit of broth or water into the pressure cooker for broth depth, then add the marinated chicken.
Seal the cooker lid and cook at high pressure for 8 minutes. Wait for the float valve to indicate it's pressurized.
Use a quick release to release steam carefully once cooking is complete.
