Start by cutting your chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the flour with garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
Whisk the egg and milk together in another bowl.
Dip each chicken piece into the egg mix, then dredge in the flour mix.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Fry chicken bites in batches for 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels to keep crisp.
In a big bowl, toss fried chicken with sweet chili sauce.
Serve immediately or keep warm using warming mode in cooker.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best crispiness.
