  • 1 pound Chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • ½ cup Sweet chili sauce

  • Start by cutting your chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix the flour with garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  • Whisk the egg and milk together in another bowl.
  • Dip each chicken piece into the egg mix, then dredge in the flour mix.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry chicken bites in batches for 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Drain on paper towels to keep crisp.
  • In a big bowl, toss fried chicken with sweet chili sauce.
  • Serve immediately or keep warm using warming mode in cooker.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best crispiness.
