  • ½ teaspoon salt for chicken
  • ¼ teaspoon salt for sauce
  • ⅓-1/2 cup sweet red chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • Sprinkle ½ teaspoon salt evenly over both sides of the chicken.
  • Heat pressure cooker on sauté mode with olive oil and ensure ring/seal is in place.
  • Sear chicken thighs until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Whisk together sweet red chili sauce and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Pour sauce mixture over chicken in cooker. Seal lid and pressure cook on high for 7 minutes.
  • Quick release steam safely. Open lid when pressure drops completely.
  • Toss chicken in thickened chili glaze and serve hot.
