Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until just tender. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and break it up while browning.
Add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and soft.
Pour in honey and soy sauce. Add red pepper flakes if using. Simmer a few minutes to thicken slightly.
Add cooked pasta to skillet. Stir to coat with sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir again and let sit so sauce clings.
Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat with a splash of water or broth. Can be frozen in portions and reheated gently.
