  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
  • 400 g Steak cut into thin strips, fat removed
  • 300 g Broccoli or a whole head
  • 160 g Mange tout
  • 250 g Dried egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger fresh or jarred, crushed
  • 4 cloves Garlic peeled and crushed
  • 5 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 6 tablespoons Reduced sodium dark soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons Honey
  • 6 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
  • 4 Spring onions thinly sliced

  • Heat sunflower oil in the pressure cooker over medium-high heat. Add beef strips and stir-fry until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove beef from pot and set aside. Add broccoli and mange tout to the same pot, cooking until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add garlic and ginger to the pot and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and honey. Mix everything thoroughly to coat.
  • Return beef to the pot with cooked noodles. Toss gently to coat noodles with sauce. Cook 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Turn off the heat and allow pressure to release naturally for optimal tenderness.
  • Perform a quick release, ensuring careful handling of steam.
  • Sprinkle sliced spring onions over the dish and serve hot.

Notes

Serve hot and consider pairing with a side for a complete meal. Adjust sweetness by modifying honey quantity.
