Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Heat sunflower oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add beef strips and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add crushed garlic and ginger to the same pan. Cook for 1 minute.
Add broccoli and mange tout. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until just tender.
Return beef to the pan. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, and ketchup. Stir to coat.
Add cooked noodles. Toss everything together so the sauce coats all ingredients evenly.
Serve immediately topped with sliced spring onions.
Notes
Try using pre-sliced beef and jarred ginger/garlic for faster prep. Great for meal prep or quick dinners.
