Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, and minced garlic for 10 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Grill marinated beef until charred and cooked through. Set aside.
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly.
In a saucepan, combine beef broth and heavy cream. Heat over medium until simmering.
Add mushrooms, salt and pepper to the broth. Simmer for 5 minutes until mushrooms are soft.
Add cooked ramen noodles to the sauce and toss well to coat.
Portion noodles into bowls. Top with grilled beef slices, halved boiled egg, and chopped scallions.
Serve hot and enjoy the spicy and creamy ramen experience.

Store broth and noodles separately if saving leftovers. Gently reheat sauce to preserve creaminess. Add toppings fresh before serving.
