  • 2 packs Korean ramen noodles chewy, slurpy base
  • 200 grams Beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang Korean chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil for grilling
  • 0.5 cup Beef broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Scallions chopped
  • 1 Boiled egg halved
  • 0.5 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, and minced garlic for 10 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Grill marinated beef until charred and cooked through. Set aside.
  • Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly.
  • In a saucepan, combine beef broth and heavy cream. Heat over medium until simmering.
  • Add mushrooms, salt and pepper to the broth. Simmer for 5 minutes until mushrooms are soft.
  • Add cooked ramen noodles to the sauce and toss well to coat.
  • Portion noodles into bowls. Top with grilled beef slices, halved boiled egg, and chopped scallions.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the spicy and creamy ramen experience.

Notes

Store broth and noodles separately if saving leftovers. Gently reheat sauce to preserve creaminess. Add toppings fresh before serving.
