Ingredients
  

  • 1 large loaf Italian or French bread
  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti About 80g uncooked.
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Softened.
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped (optional).
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Carefully hollow out some of the bread from the inside to create enough space for the filling.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix well.
  • In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley (if using).
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  • Spoon the spaghetti mixture generously into each half of the bread, filling it up to the top.
  • Place the filled bread halves on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into portions. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the filling with additional toppings like cooked meatballs or vegetables if desired.
For an extra crispy crust, you can briefly broil the stuffed bread for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
