Instructions
Mix the cream cheese, shredded brisket, and cheddar cheese in a large bowl until evenly blended.
Slice a 'T' into each jalapeño, remove seeds and membranes carefully.
Stuff each jalapeño with the cheese mixture.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with bacon and season with BBQ seasoning.
Preheat the smoker to 250°F with added wood chips for smoke.
Place Texas Twinkies in the smoker and cook for about 90 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
Brush each Twinkie with maple syrup glaze during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
