Instructions
Instructions
First up, brown the ground beef in a big skillet over medium heat, watching and stirring for about 8 to 10 minutes until cooked just right.
Drain off any extra fat, add paprika, garlic granules, onion powder, and oregano. Mix and cook a couple more minutes to wake up the spices.
Lay two flour tortillas on a clean space, spread half the beef mix evenly, and top with four slices of cheddar cheese each.
Top with the other two tortillas to form quesadillas like a sandwich.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each quesadilla for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese is gooey inside.
Let the quesadillas sit for a minute to firm up before slicing into wedges.
Serve with fresh tomato slices, shredded lettuce, sliced gherkins, and burger sauce on the side.
Notes
For extra crunch, use uncooked tortillas if available. Wipe the pan between quesadillas to avoid grease buildup. Pairs great with air fryer fries.
