  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce balances the heat
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar rounds flavors
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil nutty scent
  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic punchy layer of flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Minced ginger punchy layer of flavor
  • 8 Small corn tortillas cozy home for beef

  • Plop the beef chuck roast right into the slow cooker.
  • Mix beef broth, gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  • Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the beef.
  • Cover and set your slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Pull the beef out carefully and shred it with two forks.
  • Toss the shredded beef back into the slow cooker with the sauce and warm the tortillas.
