Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add ground beef and chopped bacon, cook until browned and fat is rendered.
Drain excess fat and transfer the meat mixture to the pressure cooker or slow cooker insert.
Add baked beans, kidney beans, lima beans, and chopped onions. Stir to combine.
Pour in ketchup and brown sugar. Add mustard and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to coat all ingredients.
Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Naturally release pressure for 10 minutes before opening. Stir and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freeze for longer storage. Reheat gently to retain tenderness and flavor depth.
