Instructions
Place corned beef in the slow cooker or pressure cooker insert. Sprinkle pickling spice over the meat, if using. Pour in beef broth to cover the meat.
Layer potatoes, onion, baby carrots, celery ribs, and garlic around the beef.
Close lid tight, with float valve down. Cook on high pressure for 75 minutes or slow cooker on low for 8 hours.
Before serving, add cabbage wedges on top and cook until tender.
Notes
Serve hot with broth ladled over, alongside rye bread or mustard.
