  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1 White onion chopped
  • 1 bag Baby carrots 16 oz
  • ½ head Cabbage cut into small wedges
  • 3 cups Beef broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons McCormick Pickling Spice
  • 1 Teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon McCormick Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch optional, for thickening
  • Chopped parsley and extra salt and pepper for garnish

  • Toss your corned beef into the slow cooker base, ensuring it lays nice and even.
  • After that, pile in your potatoes, celery, onion, and baby carrots right on top, layering them up.
  • Sprinkle on the pickling spice and garlic powder over the veggies.
  • Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce slowly for a good soaking.
  • Add your cabbage wedges on top last so they don't get too mushy during cooking.
  • Close the lid tight, set the pressure cooker to low and cook for about 8 hours, or 4 hours on high.

Notes

Serve garnished with chopped parsley and a little pepper shake. Freeze portions for up to 3 months for easy prep on busy days.
