Toss your corned beef into the slow cooker base, ensuring it lays nice and even.
After that, pile in your potatoes, celery, onion, and baby carrots right on top, layering them up.
Sprinkle on the pickling spice and garlic powder over the veggies.
Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce slowly for a good soaking.
Add your cabbage wedges on top last so they don't get too mushy during cooking.
Close the lid tight, set the pressure cooker to low and cook for about 8 hours, or 4 hours on high.
