Instructions
Place the corned beef flat in the cooker, sprinkle pickling spices all over.
Add potatoes, onion, carrots, celery, and garlic on top.
Pour in beef broth to cover the veggies.
Place cabbage wedges on top.
Cover and set cooker to low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours.
Remove beef, let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
