Wash and scrub the russet potatoes, then slice into ¼-inch rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline.
Place slices in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3-5 minutes.
Place seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through until both sides are golden and crispy.
Repeat in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding and maintain crispiness.
