  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through until both sides are golden and crispy.
  • Repeat in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding and maintain crispiness.

Notes

Cool completely before storing to retain crispiness. Reheat in air fryer at lower temp to refresh texture. Optional additions include air-fried green beans, zucchini, cod, or gnocchi.
