Wash and scrub the russet potatoes well. Leave the skins on for texture and flavor.
Slice the potatoes evenly into ⅛-inch rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.
Toss slices in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
Arrange potato slices in a single layer in air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if needed.
Air fry for 15 minutes total, flipping slices halfway through for even browning.
