  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Kosher salt and pepper about 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • Chopped green onions optional garnish

  • Heat up your pressure cooker on the saute setting with the olive oil. Let it get nice and hot, but not smoke-hot.
  • Season your chicken cubes with the garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and pepper. Make sure every piece is coated well.
  • Throw the chicken into the hot oil and sear for about 5 to 7 minutes until they get that golden crust.
  • Seal the lid onto the pressure cooker and cook it under high pressure for just 5 minutes.
  • Let the natural release happen so the chicken stays juicy and tender.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, and rice wine vinegar together in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Pour that creamy sauce over your tender pull chicken. Stir well in the skillet to coat every piece.
