Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Customize your cheese choice according to preference.
  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until the beef is no longer pink and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix until well combined and heated through.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  • Top the casserole with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

You can add vegetables like frozen peas or corn for added nutrition.
