Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
Roll out the refrigerated flaky biscuits on a floured surface and gently flatten them.
Mix together cooked shrimp, lump crab meat, mozzarella, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley.
Place a spoonful of seafood mix in the center of each biscuit round.
Fold each biscuit over the filling carefully and pinch the edges to seal.
Brush melted butter over the tops of each filled biscuit.
Place the filled biscuits on a parchment-lined baking sheet spaced out.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
Let them cool a few minutes before serving.
