Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Mix chicken ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes.
While the chicken marinates, mix all tzatziki ingredients together.
On a sheet pan, toss the peppers with olive oil and salt. Bake for 20 minutes, then stir and move them to one side of the pan.
Place chicken on the other side of the sheet pan. Bake both together for another 10 minutes.
Let the chicken and peppers cool slightly, then serve them with pita, tzatziki, and other toppings for a complete meal.
