This shakshouka focaccia combines savory tomato sauce, eggs, and bread in the pressure cooker for a bold, cozy, one-dish meal with weekend brunch vibes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper and sauté about 5 minutes.
Add garlic, cumin, paprika, and chili flakes. Stir for a minute until fragrant.
Pour in diced tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Lay focaccia bread on a baking sheet. Spoon shakshouka sauce evenly on top.
Make small wells in the sauce and crack one egg into each well gently.
