Instructions
Instructions
Heat up that olive oil in your big pot over medium heat till it’s shimmering nice.
Add the sliced sausage and cook it till it’s browned good, about 5–7 minutes. Scoop it out and set aside so it doesn’t overcook.
In the same pot, toss in diced onion and chopped carrots. Sauté ‘em until soft around 5 minutes, getting all those sweet smells going.
Stir in minced garlic, cook just 1 minute till you sense that fragrant pop, don’t let it burn on ya.
Pour in the chicken bone broth and bring everything to a soft simmer.
Add the white beans, chopped kale, sea salt, and red chili flakes right to the pot.
Return your browned sausage to the mix and let it simmer for 15–20 minutes till veggies soften and flavors meld beautifully.
Give it a taste then tweak with salt or pepper before serving. Enjoy that cozy bowl of goodness!
Notes
Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, red chili flakes, and ground pepper. Enjoy!
