Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust or homemade dough
  • 8 oz breakfast sausage casings removed
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped bell peppers optional
  • ¼ cup chopped onions optional
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the breakfast sausage. Cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease if necessary and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
  • In the same skillet, scramble the egg mixture over medium heat until just set, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface if necessary. Place it on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread the scrambled eggs over the pizza crust evenly. Layer the cooked sausage, chopped bell peppers, and onions on top.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the toppings.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
