Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toss the sliced onion, potatoes, olive oil, dry onion soup mix, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Transfer the mix into your pressure cooker. Lock the lid with the sealing ring in place.
Set your pressure cooker to high pressure and cook for 5 minutes after pressure builds.
Quickly release pressure, then spread into a baking dish.
Roast in the oven for 30 minutes until potatoes are golden brown.
