  • 1 lb Beef chuck cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Gochugaru
  • 3 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 8 oz Rice noodles
  • 1 cup Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Toss beef chuck pieces into the slow cooker or pressure cooker bowl. Sprinkle with soy sauce, gochugaru, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir gently.
  • Pour in beef broth and give a quick stir. Close the lid and lock in place, set cooker to high pressure for 35 minutes.
  • After cook time, use quick release to let out steam. Shred beef in the pot with two forks, mixing it into the broth.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, cook rice noodles separately according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Stir noodles gently into the shredded beef and broth mixture. Add chopped green onions and drizzle sesame oil over the top.
  • Give it a quick stir, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure to follow proper pressure cooker safety measures. For best results, keep rice noodles and broth separate when storing leftovers.
