  • 1 tablespoon Cooking fat of choice like canola, coconut, or butter
  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 4 Scallions sliced, both white and green parts
  • ½ teaspoon Chili sauce or sriracha optional
  • 3 cups Chicken stock
  • 3 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce adds umami kick
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 Eggs optional
  • 12 oz Ramen noodles package

  • Heat the cooking fat in your pressure cooker pot over medium heat.
  • Add garlic, ginger, and white parts of scallions. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in chili sauce for 30 seconds to blend flavors.
  • Pour in chicken stock, beef broth, water, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
  • Lock the lid, bring to pressure, cook for a few minutes then quick release. Add ramen and eggs if using.
  • Just before serving, add green scallion tops. Ladle into bowls and serve.

Notes

Store broth and noodles separately in fridge. Reheat gently to preserve texture. Freeze broth only for long-term storage.
