  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup organic peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • Roll mixture into bite-sized balls with your hands or scoop.
  • Place balls on parchment-lined tray and chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
