  • 1 lb lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • ½ lb crab meat cooked and picked
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese optional but dang good

  • Heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease your baking dish.
  • In a big bowl, combine lobster meat, crab meat, bread crumbs, mayo, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and green onions.
  • Mix it all up so every bit gets that seasoning and sauce love.
  • Scoop the mixture into bomb shapes and lay ’em in your prepared baking dish.
  • If you’re feelin’ cheesy, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each bomb.
  • Pop the baking dish in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes till they get golden and heated through.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap mayo for Greek yogurt or bake in a casserole dish for a simpler method.
