  • ΒΌ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Mirin
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil for aroma
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds to sprinkle before serving
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced fine

  • Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl.
  • Add thin beef slices to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
  • Place beef and marinade in the pressure cooker. Seal the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Do a slow release for about 5 minutes, then a quick release.
  • Stir the beef in the thickened broth.
  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
