Instructions
Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl.
Add thin beef slices to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes.

Do a slow release for about 5 minutes, then a quick release.
Stir the beef in the thickened broth.
