Preheat your oven to 325°F.
Score the ham surface in a diamond pattern.
Mix brown sugar, mustard, orange juice, pineapple juice, honey, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, and ground ginger.
Brush the glaze over the ham, getting into the cuts.
Place ham in a roasting pan and cover loosely with foil.
Bake for 1.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes with glaze.
Lift foil for last 30 minutes to caramelize glaze.
Ensure internal temperature reaches 140°F, then let rest for 15 minutes.
Slice and serve with pineapple rings topped with cherries.
