- 20 oz crushed pineapple Drained.
- 8 oz cream cheese Softened.
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter Melted.
- ½ cup shredded coconut Optional.
- ¼ cup chopped nuts Optional.
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer or whisk until smooth and well combined.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with the vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this whipped cream into the pineapple mixture until fully incorporated.
