1 oven mitts
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow or penne)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell peppers, sauté for about 5 minutes or until they are softened.
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Stir in the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the skillet, mixing well.
Fold in the cooked pasta and one cup of provolone cheese. Combine everything thoroughly until the pasta is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining provolone cheese and cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
