Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
Dip each pork chop in the beaten eggs to fully cover them.
Coat the pork chops well in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it on.
Heat olive oil over medium in a skillet and brown pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes each side until golden.
Transfer to a baking dish to finish cooking in the oven.
Bake for about 25 minutes until fully cooked through. Juices should run clear.
