  • Set the cooker to low steam setting or low manual pressure. Cook for 5 minutes once steaming begins.
  • Allow natural pressure release to maintain silky texture.
  • Whisk the mixture gently. Stir in brown sugar if using until fully dissolved.
  • Let sit for a few minutes to thicken, then pour into cups and enjoy.

Notes
