Preheat the oven according to the garlic toast package instructions.
Get your skillet on medium heat and brown the ground beef until it’s cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Season the beef with kosher salt, black pepper, and optionally, Italian seasoning.
Stir in the spaghetti sauce and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Bake the frozen garlic toast according to the package instructions until golden and crunchy.
Spoon the sloppy joe meat mixture generously over each slice of toast.
Top each with shredded mozzarella and bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melty and bubbly.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top just before serving.
Notes
Serve on toasted bread or hamburger buns as desired. Adjust sauce quantity based on preference.
