Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes.
Sauté garlic and pepper flakes around 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
Stir in pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Mix well.
Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook uncovered 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once pasta is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed, stir in butter and parmesan.
Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Mix thoroughly.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use pre-minced garlic and pre-grated cheese to save time. Leftovers keep well for 3 days in fridge.
