  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ½ lb Penne pasta
  • 15 oz Fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 oz Cream cheese
  • 3 Green onions sliced

  • Heat olive oil and butter in your pressure cooker on medium until hot.
    1 tablespoon Olive oil, 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Add chicken seasoned with smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, black pepper, and salt. Brown until golden.
    1 teaspoon Oregano, 1 teaspoon Thyme, 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder, 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder, 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, 0.25 teaspoon Salt, 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • Stir in uncooked penne pasta and add chicken broth and fire roasted tomatoes. Ensure pasta is mostly covered.
    ½ lb Penne pasta, 15 oz Fire roasted diced tomatoes, 2 cups Chicken broth
  • Lock the lid, set pressure cooker to high for 6 minutes. Use natural release after quick slow release.
  • Open lid, stir in cream cheese until melted into sauce.
    2 oz Cream cheese
  • Serve hot, topped with sliced green onions.
