  • 1 lb Ground beef choose balance of lean and fat
  • 12 oz Pasta uncooked
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned and crumbly.
  • Add in the minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let butter fully melt and mix.
  • Add pasta and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once pasta is al dente and liquid mostly absorbed, stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese over low heat.
  • Let it cook uncovered for 3–5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Great for weeknight dinners and meal-prepping. Leftovers keep well and reheat nicely with a splash of cream or broth.
