  • 1 pound Ground beef juicy and bold
  • ½ teaspoon Salt to enhance flavors
  • Pinch Black pepper for a kick
  • 1 ounce Taco seasoning packet or homemade
  • 2 cups Water liquid base
  • 1 cup Jarred mild salsa adds sweetness
  • 8 ounces Uncooked rotini pasta spiral shapes
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Mexican-style cheese creamy star
  • Optional toppings tomatoes, avocado, cilantro

  • Fire up your cooker on medium heat and brown the ground beef till it’s cooked through. Don’t forget to drain the fat.
  • Sprinkle in salt, black pepper, and taco seasoning. Stir it all together to coat the beef.
  • Pour in the water and jarred salsa. Bring everything to a boil.
  • Stir in the uncooked rotini pasta. Cover with lid, seal ring, close float valve, then reduce heat to low. Cook for about 10 to 12 minutes till tender.
  • When the float valve pops, pressure has been released. Open the lid. Stir in cheese and let it melt.
  • Dish it out and sprinkle on chosen toppings. Serve hot.

Notes

Optional toppings like tomatoes and avocado add fresh texture. Serve hot for best taste.
