  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated or ground
  • 2 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 0.25 cup Coconut cream
  • 16 oz Dumplings your favorite kind
  • 2 cups Bok choy chopped
  • Scallions for garnish
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Chili oil Momofuku chili crunch
  • Sesame seeds to garnish

  • Heat toasted sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in red curry paste and cook for another minute.
  • Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, and coconut cream. Stir and bring to a simmer.
  • Add dumplings in a single layer and cover skillet. Cook 6–8 minutes.
  • Add chopped bok choy and cook uncovered for 2–3 minutes until wilted.
  • Turn off heat and let sit for a minute. Garnish with scallions, cilantro, chili oil, and sesame seeds.

Notes

Coconut cream is thicker than coconut milk and gives rich flavor. Use fresh garlic and ginger for enhanced taste. Swap bok choy for spinach or kale if needed.
