Fold in the chopped dried fruits, nuts, candied cherries, and raisins using a rubber spatula until evenly distributed.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
