sweet pickle relish

Instructions
Place 8 large eggs in a pot full of water to cover by about an inch. Bring to a boil.
Boil for 9-12 minutes based on yolk preference.
Quick release or remove from heat for a slow pressure release.
Drain and place in ice water for easy peeling.
Once cooled, peel gently. Halve and scoop yolks into a bowl.
Mash yolks with mayo, relish, mustard, and peppers. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites. Garnish with paprika and serve.
Notes
Keep in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Not suitable for freezing.
