Ingredients
  

Chicken & Seasoning

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts trimmed of excess fat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese divided
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation Steps

  • Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts. Trim off any fat bits.
  • In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, half of the parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast, coating well.
  • Place the coated chicken into the pressure cooker. Optional: Add a small splash of broth for extra flavor.
  • Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then use quick release for any remaining pressure.
  • Sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with steamed broccoli, salad, or mashed potatoes for a complete meal. Store leftovers in airtight container up to 4 days in fridge.
