boneless, skinless chicken breasts
trimmed of excess fat

mayonnaise
or Greek yogurt

parmesan cheese
divided

seasoning salt

black pepper

teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Preparation Steps
Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts. Trim off any fat bits.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, half of the parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast, coating well.
Place the coated chicken into the pressure cooker. Optional: Add a small splash of broth for extra flavor.
Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then use quick release for any remaining pressure.
Sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with steamed broccoli, salad, or mashed potatoes for a complete meal. Store leftovers in airtight container up to 4 days in fridge.
