  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

Instructions

  • Heat up your olive oil in a big skillet on medium. You want it shimmering but not smokin’. This step gets that beautiful sear going.
  • Toss in your chicken pieces. Sprinkle on onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Make sure every bite’s covered in those spices.
  • Cook the chicken till it’s browned and mostly cooked through, about 10 minutes. Don’t rush or crowd the pan or they won’t get that nice color.
  • Turn the heat down low and add your butter along with the minced garlic. Stir it up well so the butter melts and garlic smells pop out.
  • Let it cook another 5 minutes gently in the now buttery garlic sauce. You catching that aroma yet?
  • Drizzle the sugar-free honey over the chicken and stir it all together till every piece is shiny and a little sweet. This part brings it all together.
